Albino Juvenile Axolotl

$119.99

White albinos lack both xanthophores and melanophores. If they do have iridophores, they are confined solely to the gills. They look very similar to Leucistic axolotls. However, they lack dark eyes. Their eyes appear pink, red, or white in color. The skin can be either white, pale pink, pale yellow, or cream in color. Typically, the gills darken to a deep red over time. Juveniles can even appear translucent!
