King

King is an axanthic axolotl. King looks a bit nervous in this photo because King is used to living in a 50 gallon "low boy" aquarium, and was scooped up to be briefly placed in this small container for photography purposes. If you plan to obtain King, it is recommended to have a large aquarium prepared for King ahead of time to make sure that King is happy.

While King has been growing slower than King's sibilings, King was indeed hatched sometime during the first week of October of 2025 and has been eating approximately 2-3 red wiggler worms daily. Kings parents are named Cookie and Booger. 

Do not release this captive bred animal into the wild. 

King is available for either shipping or local pickup. Axolotls are only shipped out Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Axolotls are not shipped outside of The United States or to Maine, New Jersey, California, or the District of Columbia.
